Spiral of Sovereign Health
This chant is a reminder that I am the center of my own healing. I don’t chase wholeness. I am whole, and when I forget, I return. I don’t look outside myself for permission to feel well, strong or aligned. These words are a code. They activate what I already know deep in my bones: my body wants to be free, my energy wants to flow, my spirit already remembers.
When I speak this chant, I’m not begging—I’m commanding. Not from desperation, but from clarity. I’m speaking to my cells, my muscles, my breath. I’m marking the space around me as sovereign. Sacred. Mine.
I say it when I feel off. When I’ve given too much. When I’m in the middle of a healing session or calling myself back into center. I use it in ritual baths, when lighting candles, before bed or just when my body asks for support. Sometimes I whisper it while tracing a spiral on my chest or womb space. Other times I let it rise from my gut in full voice until the shift clicks into place.
And here we are…
“Around this spiral, power flows,
Through every layer, healing grows.
I call in strength, release disease—
My will is clear, my body frees.”
When I feel the power settle in, I close with presence. No performance, no expectation. Just me, breathing and thanking.
Thank you, body, for staying.
Thank you, breath, for moving with me.
Thank you, spiral, for always turning me back to truth.
I don’t chase wholeness. I remember it. I return to it.
And I rise from it, again and again.
