Stand in my Center
a living practice to ground my body, protect my energy and call all of me back into the present moment.
This writing is a steadying point. It is a moment to breathe, return to myself and strengthen my field before I step into any space. It is a blend of grounding, protection, body listening and ancestral connection. This practice is how I feel present, whole and held.
I arrive in my body. I feel my breath move into my center. I feel the heat in my solar plexus and the pulse in my sacral. I feel the truth that lives in both. As I breathe, I call myself back. Every part. Every version. Every scattered piece.
You return to yourself when you breathe like this. You feel your shoulders drop when you let the breath soften you. You feel your chest open when you stop rushing. You feel your body speak when you finally give her room…
